When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday-Friday will begin processing the next day, excluding holidays and weekends, and usually ship within 3 business day pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. Delivery, Processing or Shipping Times do not include Saturdays Sundays or Holidays.

International Orders

House of uBuhle ships all packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid).There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that are not included in the cost of shipping and House of uBuhle is not responsible for any additional charges charged by the customs. The shipping charge only covers the cost of shipping to the address provided by the client.In addition, we are not responsible for delivery arrival times/dates because customs may elect to hold packages.


What Information does House of uBuhle Collect?
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. Your private information will not be stored on our servers. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. Security We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time and we will update our page with any changes.

Item availability
The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available on the description section. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Do you have sizing information?
We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. We have also added a size charts link to every product in the product detail page. Reference the size charts to help determine your size when ordering. Because sizing and cut will vary between brands, please use this chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales. Which Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

International Orders
All international orders are shipped via USPS.House of uBuhle ships all packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). All import and custom fees must be paid by the customer.


Here’s the fine print. All original tags must be attached. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry is non-refundable.

Received a faulty item? We’re sorry to hear that, please contact us via info@houseofubuhle.com with further details of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. One of our customer care agents will be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to return

Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package.
Return the package by using your local Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate or tracking of posting.
Please note that returns will be made at your own cost

We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund or a store credit, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.Contact our customer care agent to find out if you can exchange for different size and if it is available in store.

Refunds and Processing
Refunds will be processed within approximately 28 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return.

On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).

We’ll make sure to keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our work studio, and again when we have processed your refund.

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

We will send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card issuer) after the refund has been processed.
